A fraternal organization of individuals with accomplishments in the plastics industry who wish to foster the bonds of friendship and to accomplish such other purposes that we deem provident (via bylaws). Our Bylaws have expanded our purpose to include scholarships and preserving the history of the plastics industry.
The Plastics Pioneer's Association is organized as a 501(c)(3) organization. We file an annual 990 From with the IRS, are governed by our Articles of Incorporation and our Bylaws. As a volunteer organization, we have no full-time employees and rely on the leadership and involvement of our members. Our Board of Governors approves amendments to the Bylaws, as well as the policy manual regarding anti-trust, conflict of interest, records retention, whistleblower protection, and diversity, among other policies.
Copies of our Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and recent Form 990's are available in our Accountability menu.
